Biography - 簡介

 I am the assistant professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, National Sun Yat-sen University since 2018-August.

I received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science Department at Tunghai University, Taiwan, in 2002 and 2004, respectively. In 2012, I received my Ph.D. degree in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at National Sun Yat-sen University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. I was the Scientist in Data Storage Institute (DSI) and Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), A*STAR, Singapore during 2017-2018. I was the postdoctoral research Fellowes in the Department of Computer Science, National Chiao Tung University during 2012-2014 and in Centre for Research in Cyber Security (iTrust) at Singapore University of Technology and Design established in collaboration with Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) during 2014-2017, respectively.

From August to December 2007, I was a visiting researcher in CyLab - Security&Privacy Institute at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), USA, supported by the International Collaboration for Advancing Security Technology (iCAST) program. From June to September 2010 and from March 2011 to February 2012, I earned scholarships, granted by Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) Taiwan and Deutscher Akademischer Austausch Dienst (DAAD) Germany, as a visiting scholar at Center for Advanced Security Research Darmstadt (CASED) in Technische Universitaet Darmstadt (TU Darmstadt). In 2012, I have been the member of the Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor Society. I won two Best Doctoral Dissertation Awards from Institute of Information and Computing Machinery and Chinese Cryptology and Information Security in 2012, respectively.
